On May 1, 2023 the FMF&E CPA, P.C. team was officially awarded the designation of a Central New York “Best Place to Work”. This marks the third year that the firm is receiving the honor. The designation is sought after each year throughout Central New York and facilitated by a partnership between the CNY Business Journal, Biz Events, and RMS Research & Marketing Strategies, Inc. Team members at FMF&E each fill out an anonymous survey measuring their satisfaction in the work place in multiple areas. The results are then measured against a benchmark satisfaction score to determine whether or not the firm is worthy of the designation.
The firm will have to wait until September to find out exactly where they fall in the line up for companies with 51-100 employees.
