Secure Document Management
SuraLink is our secure, web-based portal system that makes sharing tax documents simple and efficient. The platform combines file storage, document requests, and workflow tracking in one convenient location. You’ll receive a registration email from notifications@suralink.com to set up your account, and our team will guide you through the process. The system uses drag-and-drop functionality—simply drop files from your computer onto the corresponding request to upload documents. All requests are visible in real-time, allowing you to track what’s been submitted, what’s outstanding, and what’s been accepted. SuraLink accepts most file types and sizes, making document submission easier than ever.

SafeSend is an all-in-one secure solution that eliminates the hassle of paper documents, printing, and mailing. Through this innovative system, you’ll be able to electronically sign engagement letters, review your completed tax returns, sign e-file authorization forms, and manage tax payments—all from the convenience of your computer, tablet, or smartphone. No apps to download, no passwords to remember, and no complicated setup required.
The process is remarkably simple. You’ll receive an email when your documents are ready for review. After verifying your identity and receiving a one-time access code sent to your email, you’ll gain immediate access to your tax return. The platform guides you through each step with an intuitive interface, allowing you to review your complete return on-screen, electronically sign all necessary authorization forms, view any tax liabilities or refunds, and download copies for your records. For business returns, SafeSend also enables convenient electronic distribution of K-1s to your partners or shareholders. Once you’ve completed the signing process, our team is automatically notified and will immediately proceed with filing your return.
